Seasons

Seasons

This house is a bit of a fixer-upper, but with one unique advantage: You can observe the seasons through the windows. Every season, all at the same time. So here, through the window over the kitchen sink, you can see fall, when your child will start school. Through this living room’s gorgeous bay windows, it’s winter, when he’ll become disenchanted, withdrawn. Spring can be observed via this bathroom casement window, when you’ll mourn him. And summer shines through these dining room panes; that’s when he’ll return, to your delight and horror. Even when your world stands still, the seasons persist.
