Third Eye

Third Eye

He woke up with a third eye, which was more surprising than it was bad. He liked that he could now see sounds. And 12 seconds into the future, plus all of the past. And the strings that connect us to the universe’s first fraction of a fraction of a fraction of a second. The instincts that tell buffalo to migrate, monarch butterflies to mate, fetal cells to divide. However, bright sunlight bothered him tremendously now. That said, he could also see all those who had died, including his first dog, Ruffus (misspelling intentional), which he considered a major bonus.
