All my relationships were carefully calculated, as I dated/married a series of increasingly more prominent, famous, A-list men and women. My friends were attractive, well-connected, and opportunistically diverse, until I ditched them for better.

But having all eyes on me isn't enough. I also need everyone else who ever doubted me to not have the spotlight—so I threw them under the bus.

Now I’m at the top, the highest earner, with multiple films and series about my life. Restaurants pay six figures just to have me show up to eat.

So…what's next? How do I go higher from here?
